To add a new car or update your existing car details:
- Tap the car icon at the bottom of the dashboard.
- Select ‘Add your car’ or ‘Remove car’.
- Enter your car registration or remove your current car to add a new one.
Can I add multiple cars?
Right now, you can only have 1 car on your account. Most users only have 1 car, so we don’t currently support multiple vehicles.
Can I still track my driving if I use different cars?
Yes! Your DriveScore isn’t linked to a specific car, so you can record your driving in any vehicle.
What if I can’t find my car in the DriveScore app?
You can check your registration number using the vehicle enquiry service.
If you've registered your vehicle less than 21 days ago, you might need to wait until this time has passed before it shows up on the DriveScore app.
If your registration isn’t recognised or your vehicle type isn’t supported (e.g. motorbikes and vans), or if the vehicle has been imported, you can still use DriveScore to track your driving. You won’t be able to search for quotes or take out insurance through us unless you add a car to your account.
