- This customer incentive scheme (“the Scheme”) is being promoted by Clearscore Technology Limited (“DriveScore”), a company registered in England and Wales with registration number 09221862 and whose registered office is at Vox Studios, VG 203, 1-45 Durham Street, London, SE11 5JH.
- This Scheme is available from the date in which each DriveScore user is presented with the option to enter into the Scheme via the “Quote Results” page in the DriveScore app, and is subject to availability.
- To be eligible for the Scheme, each user must:
- be a permanent resident of the United Kingdom;
- be 18 years old or older;
- have a valid and active DriveScore account;
- have been given a score in the DriveScore app of 750 or more;
- have enabled sharing of their score by turning on Enhanced Offers, via the data preferences section of each user’s DriveScore account via the DriveScore app or when prompted within the insurance section of the DriveScore app;
- have purchased a valid car insurance policy via the DriveScore app (the “Car Insurance Policy”), provided that such policy must be active for a minimum period of 14 days from the date of inception; and
- not have made a claim under the Scheme before, (each an “Eligible User”)
- The Eligible Users will receive a monetary reward, the amount of which will vary according to each individual Eligible User (ranging from £10 to £50) (the “Reward”).
The Reward will be made available in the form of a prepaid debit Mastercard (the “PureCard” or “Card”). The Card is issued by GVS Prepaid Ltd, an Electronic Money Institution authorised in the UK by the Financial Conduct Authority (Firm Reference Number 900230) pursuant to license by Mastercard International Incorporated. Mastercard is a registered trademark, and the circles design is a trademark of Mastercard International Incorporated. - Each user will be notified via the DriveScore app if they will become an Eligible User on subsequently completing purchase of a valid car insurance policy via the DriveScore app. They will also be automatically notified via email to such user’s registered email address when they click out from the DriveScore app to visit an insurance partner’s website to complete purchase of a valid car insurance policy.
- Each Eligible User will receive an email containing relevant instructions to activate the Card (the “Activation Email”) within 7 weeks from such email, including instructions for registering an account with PureCard, setting up a username and password, and inputting the activation code which will be automatically sent upon registration (the “PureCard Account”).
- Eligible Users must claim the Card within 3 months from the date of receipt of the Activation Email, after which users will no longer have access to the Card.
- Eligible Users who have completed their registration validly will be able to access their Card and all related information via the PureCard website.
- The Card shall be used in accordance with the Pure Card Terms and Conditions and any other applicable set of rules and/or terms and conditions made available from time to time by DriveScore and/or PureCard in connection with the Reward and/or the use of the Card by an Eligible User.
- By claiming a Card, Eligible Users are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
- DriveScore shall have no responsibility for data corruption, incomplete or illegible Card claims, or Card claims that fail to be validly and/or properly submitted.
- The Reward is non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative.
- DriveScore reserves the right to amend, vary, cancel, or withdraw these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to users.
- Eligible Users will be solely responsible for any payable fees, penalties or any other amount that you may incur as a result of claiming the Card.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law and any claims arising out or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
