CoPlus are the insurance provider for all products included in your Halo subscription, except Breakdown Cover. Breakdown Cover is facilitated by the RAC, and that relationship is managed by CoPlus.
DriveScore has chosen to partner with CoPlus to provide the Halo subscription.

Viewing your policy documents
Once you’ve completed the Halo signup process, you’ll receive a confirmation email from CoPlus containing your policy documents.You can also view your policy documents at any time in the CoPlus Portal.
Making a Claim
You can make a claim by:
Visiting the DriveScore Halo policy page in the My Account section of the DriveScore app, orLogging into the CoPlus Portal (drivescore.coplus.co.uk) using the email address and password you created during setup.

Understanding Claim Rejections
CoPlus handle all claims directly, and any decision to reject a claim is made by them.You should have received an email from CoPlus (sent to the email registered on your portal) explaining the reason for the rejection. If you need to query this further, please contact them at customersupport@yourspace.uk.com.
