Trouble verifying your identity? It’s usually because of the following:
- Your ID document images or selfie are not clear, or the background is blurred
- Your ID document is out of date
- The data on the ID document doesn’t match that used to create your DriveScore account
- We couldn’t validate the selfie liveness
- You need to give the application permission to access your device’s camera to take a selfie of your face.
