ClearScore Promotion – Terms & Conditions
The Promotion.
1. This promotion (the “Promotion”) is being promoted by Clear Score Technology Limited (“the Promoter”), a company registered in England and Wales with registration number 09221862 and whose registered office is at Vox Studios, VG 203, 1-45 Durham Street, London, SE11 5JH. The Promoter operates a digital driving telematics application (the “DriveScore App”) that provides a digital score based on driving behaviour (“DriveScore Score”) to help users save on their car insurance. If there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other terms published by the Promoter, these terms and conditions prevail. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to the Prize Draw or refuse to award the Voucher to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
Vouchers.
2. There are fifty thousand (50,000) Greggs sweet treat codes available to be won in total (each a “Voucher” and together the “Vouchers”)
3. Each Voucher is non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter may substitute a Voucher for a different prize of equal or greater value.
Promotion Period:
4. The Promotion will commence at 00:01 [GMT] on 5th September 2025 and close at 23:59 [GMT] on 30th September 2025 or until all fifty thousand Vouchers are gone, whichever occurs earliest (the “Promotion Period”)
Eligibility.
5. Entry into this Promotion is open to DriveScore Users who:
5.1 Are permanent residents of the United Kingdom;
5.2 Are over 18 years old by the end of the Prize Draw Period;
5.3 Are not operating any fraudulent DriveScore account;
5.4 Register as a new user of DriveScore App between 00:01 [GMT] 1st June 2025 and 23:59 [GMT] 30th September 2025 (“Eligibility Period”)
5.5 Have not previously submitted a quote for car insurance on the DriveScore App.

6. The Promotion is available to Eligible Entrants who submit a quote for car insurance with valid details on DriveScore comparison platform in the DriveScore App during the Promotion Period. (a “Winner”). Existing DriveScore Users who have already previously submitted a car insurance quote on the DriveScore App are not eligible to take part in the Promotion.
7. Eligible Entrants only qualify for one (1) Entry per device and DriveScore App account. Any registrations made after the Promotion Period will not generate an Entry.
8. The Promoter shall have no responsibility for any errors (technical or human), any entries affected or invalidated by technical failures or malfunctions or for data corruption. The Promotion accepts no responsibility for any incomplete or incorrect entries, or entries that fail to be validly and/or properly submitted.
9. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Entries which it considers do not comply with these Terms and Conditions, or any Participant who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this Promotion.
10. The Promoter shall have the right, when necessary to undertake all reasonable actions necessary to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid entries including, without limitation, to request further verification as to your identity, age, and other relevant details.
Winner notification
11. Winners will be on a first come first served basis. The first fifty thousand Participants will be entitled to a Voucher. If you are a Winner, the Voucher will appear automatically in the DriveScore App.
12. Winners are subject to Greggs Exclusion and Limitations attached below at Annex 1.
13. To redeem the Voucher, Participants must visit a participating Greggs store (exclusions apply) before 23:59 BST on 30th October 2025 and show the Voucher to a member of staff.
14. The Voucher cannot be redeemed in the following Greggs stores situated in MOTO forecourts – Doncaster, Ferrybridge, Toddington North & South, Heston, Hilton Park, Lancaster, Southwaite North, Trowell, Leigh Del East & West, Knutsford, Heston East, Frankly North & South, Donnington Park, Trowell South, Wetherby, Rugby
15. Vouchers must be redeemed in store by 23:59 GMT on 30th October 2025. Vouchers used after this date will be invalid.
Privacy and Data Protection
16. By entering this Prize Draw, Participants consent to the collection and handling of their personal information in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy (https://www.clearscore.com/drive-score-privacy-policy) and these terms and conditions. This may require disclosure to third parties, including local regulatory authorities, and ClearScores’ agents or third-party service providers, for the purpose of conducting the Promotion. The Privacy Policy contains information about how individuals may access or correct personal information or make a privacy related complaint.
General
17. If this Promotion cannot be run as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter may alter, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to notify you should this occur by publishing a notice on its website, the DriveScore App, or other suitable method of communication.
18. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches.
19. By participating in this Promotion, Participants agree, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, to release and hold the Promoter harmless from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in or in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation, awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of the Voucher. The above limitation of liability shall not apply to liability arising from fraud (including fraudulent misrepresentation), death or personal injury caused as a result of Promoter’s negligence.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, vary, cancel, or withdraw these terms and conditions or the Prize Draw at any time without prior notice where it becomes necessary to do so.
21. The Promoter decision is final, binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if illegitimate, forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
22. This Prize Draw will be governed by the Laws of England and Wales and be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Eligible Entrants must be 18 years old or older, be a permanent resident of the United Kingdom, sign up to the DriveScore App between 1st June 2025 to 30th September 2025, and submit a quote for car insurance for their first time ever on the DriveScore App between 5th September 2025 to 30th September 2025. 50,000 winners will receive, on a first come, first served basis, a Greggs sweet treat voucher.
