Your 365 day score is based on your trips over the last 365 days.
We calculate your score by looking at your driving behaviour, this includes your harsh acceleration, speeding, hard braking, and harsh cornering.
Your DriveScore is between 0-1000. The highest score is 1000 and the lowest is 0.
It can take up to 24 hours for your 365-day score to update from your recent trips. This allows enough time for the app to calculate your score, and if there have been any changes, you'll see this the next day.
Trips older than 365 days
Your DriveScore reflects your driving habits over the last 365 days. As time goes on, older trips (those from more than a year ago) will automatically be removed from your score calculation and drive count.
This can sometimes result in changes in the total number of drives and overall mileage, even if you’re still driving regularly - especially if older data is falling off while newer drives are shorter or less frequent.
This is perfectly normal and expected within the app, and it’s how the score is designed to reflect your latest driving habits.
