If you were driving and your passenger used your phone triggering a Phone Distraction event, you can now let the app know that it wasn’t you. Here's how:
1. Log in to your DriveScore app
2. Open the trip that has the Phone Distraction event
3. Click ‘Reclassify Trip’
4. Select ‘Phone used by Passenger’
Your score might update, depending on the impact that the event had on it. Any score updates will take 24hrs to show. Just so you know, reclassifying too many trips can be viewed as suspicious.
