We focus on your overall driving patterns rather than individual events. If something happened that was out of your control, you can reclassify the trip.
For example, if an event was triggered by high sensitivity or a car’s self-drive feature, you can update it.
How to reclassify a trip:
- Open the DriveScore app.
- Find the trip with the issue.
- Tap ‘Reclassify Trip’ in the top right corner.
- Select the reason that best fits the situation.
Your score may update depending on the impact of the event, and any changes will take 24 hours to appear.
Important: Reclassifying too many trips may be flagged as suspicious.
